Charter of pontoons and marine equipment.
We have a variety of pontoons including modular pontoons that can be joined together to make a floating platform to the specific requirement of the project. These platforms are used for work platforms, floating accommodation, temporary jetties and marinas as well as floating bridges and walkways.
In addition to the various pontoons that we have we also have a number of small work boats and tugs that are used to move the pontoons and platforms around the site. There are also a number of accessories that can be attached to the platforms such as spud legs, loading ramps, winches, anchor systems, etc. etc.
Type A pontoons
These pontoons are heavy duty steel units of 6 Mt. x 3 Mt. x 1 Mt. deep.
They can be joined together to make large floating platforms for special events or joined side-by-side to make temporary jetties or floating roads / bridges.
These units have been used as floating platforms as marine works platforms or for firework, laser, etc. shows and even for a floating stage for concerts, etc
These pontoons can be fitted with a wide variety of additional equipment such as winches, spud legs, docking fenders, loading ramps, etc
Type B, C and D pontoons
These are variable is size and are used mainly for temporary jetties, docks and marinas for marine events such as boat races, sailing regattas, etc.
Type B pontoons have timber or eco-timber decking whilst pontoons C and D have concrete decking.
There are a number of additional options that come with these pontoons such as gangways, finger pontoons, power and water pedestals, ladders, etc. etc.
Type E and F pontoons
These pontoons are medium duty pontoons for special events such as firework displays, floating stages, etc. and are either steel (E type) or aluminium (F type). They are designed for easy transport and assembly for events further away from the main base. These pontoons stack in a folded size of 12 x 2.4 x 0.25 Mt. and are 12 x 2.4 x 1.0 when assembled. These units can be transported by road or overseas in flat-rack shipping containers with approximately 8 units per flat-rack shipping container.
These pontoons join together to make platform sizes of 12 Mt. long x any combination of 2.4 Mt. wide. They are not designed to be rigidly joined end to end but can be coupled with flexible couplers to extend the length of the platform in multiples of 12 Mt.
Type G pontoons
These pontoons are modular pontoons of 0.5 Mt. x 0.5 Mt. x 0.4 Mt. deep. They are made of HDPE and are used as temporary marinas, jetties and floating platforms, floating walkways, etc. These pontoons can be configured into virtually any size of platform required and can be fitted with a number of options including outboard engines to make small platforms self propelled for cargo delivery across water, etc.
